Raising Mama was created from lived experience.
After years of caring for her mother, living with dementia, media personality, speaker, and caregiver advocate Janine Davis and her family recognized something many caregivers experience:
The caregiving journey can feel overwhelming, isolating, and uncertain.
Families are often expected to navigate complex medical decisions, financial realities, changing behaviors, legal planning, and emotional exhaustion—often with little preparation or support.
Raising Mama was created to change that.
Our goal is simple:
To help caregivers feel informed, supported, and empowered.
We believe caregivers deserve:
✔ trusted information
✔ practical tools
✔ meaningful resources
✔ emotional encouragement
✔ a community that understands
before crisis points happen.

Meeting Caregivers Where They Are
No two caregiving journeys look alike.
That’s why Raising Mama Caregivers Conference II features a two-tiered experience designed to support caregivers at different stages.
Designed for caregivers newer to the journey or those seeking foundational knowledge and confidence.
Created for caregivers navigating more advanced transitions, increased care needs, and long-term planning.
